The construction begins with a solid fiberglass and Kevlar bottom mixed with ultra strong vinylester resins. Closed cell foam core and glass comprise the deck, hull sides are bonded stringer system. Hull/deck joints, cabin walls and bulkheads are all glassed together resulting in a form that is solid and rattle free.
